Mr. Eazi’s emPawa Africa project fast-rising Rapper “YOUNG CHICKY” releases “VILLAGE TO GHETTO MIXTAPE”.

Young Chicky born by the name Alfred Essilfie Nyarkoh is our with his new EP “VILLAGE TO GHETTO MIXTAPE”.

Young Chicky said The whole Village To Ghetto idea came up in the year 2018 when he visited his great grandfather’s land (Adwumako Owane) for the first time with my uncle (Abeku Asiedu).

While in the small town, he was just thinking about how his grandmother migrated from the place to settle in Agona Duakwa and how his parent met and moved to Settle in Agona Swedru, Dwenho where he calls a small ghetto.

When he came back from Adwumako Owane he released “VILLAGE TO GHETTO FREESTYLE

which helped him to be selected among 100 emerging artists from Africa to take part of Mr Eazi’s emPawa Africa project. Mr Eazi funded my first quality music video which was released in 2019

He realize the Village To Ghetto idea was powerful than how he personally see it.

In 2021, he decided to release his first mixtape EP and name it VILLAGE TO GHETTO MIXTAPE which is available on All platforms.
