“Fantana is Living Her Dream,” Says Proud Mother, Over Daughter’s Netflix Role

Ghanaian politician and Member of Parliament for Jomoro, Dorcas Affo-Toffey, has expressed immense pride in her daughter, Fantana, following her feature in Season 2 of the popular Netflix series Young, Famous & African.

Affo-Toffey, who also manages the singer, took to social media to share her joy, describing the moment as a significant milestone in her daughter’s journey. She thanked God for the blessings that have allowed Fantana to achieve her dreams.

“I am beyond ecstatic to see my daughter, Fantana, live her dreams. Proud doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. There is nothing you cannot do if you believe and keep dreaming. God has truly been good,” she wrote.

The proud mother also took the opportunity to share that Fantana will be representing Ghana in the much-anticipated second season of Young, Famous & African, which is set to premiere on May 19th.

Fantana’s inclusion in the hit series, created by Ghana’s own Peace Hyde, has generated a wave of excitement on social media, especially following the release of the trailer on April 18th. Fans and followers are eagerly awaiting to see the Ghanaian artist make her mark on the global stage.
