Jospong Group, led by CEO Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, has secured over $100 million in funding for its agricultural projects in the past 18 months. Agyepong emphasizes their aim to make a positive impact on society, not just profits.
The group’s success includes a $33-million deal with the Austrian government to boost rice production, aligning with Ghana’s food production goals. Originating as a printing press in 1995, Jospong Group now operates across 14 sectors, expanding beyond Ghana to other African countries and Asia. Alongside agricultural ventures, the group is making strides in carbon credit development.
Partnering with EKI Energy Services, they aim to create over 1,000 jobs and mobilize $1 billion in carbon credit financing by 2030.
