I chose that title because I wanted to share the experiences that I’ve had on my journey, and to help anyone who was facing life’s challenges, learning to deal with their deepest fears and finding their strengths. I wanted to give people an insight into my upbringing, struggles, and triumphs. And that title captured the guts I needed to be real, imperfect and transparent in the book, simply because I wanted to give you a true step-by-step account of my life and how the various experiences of my upbringing have shaped who I am today.
